Are these the alloy ones? If so, I looked into doing this about a month ago because I wanted to move up to 8" wide wheels for larger tires.
The upshot is, they will work with modifications to the truck. You have to shave about 1/8" from the outside of the rear brake drums. This is done to a non-critical area of thicker metal. The front ball joints have to be "finessed" a little with a hand grinder to fit inside the wheel. Also, you may have to nick the tie rods a bit just back of the ball joints so the edge of the rim doesn't rub at full lock.
Most of these are not structurally significant, though one person that did it said he was nervous nicking his tie rods.
Another said if you ever caused a wreak and it was related to your breaks or front end components, your mods may make you legally at risk. Just something to consider.
In the end I chose to just buy new aftermarket wheels.
