a BHAF question one more time.....

i realize i'm gonna get slammed and flamed for this but which BHAF moves a comparable amout of air as a K&N re-0880?



i never paid much attention to these threads until i found oil on my turbo inlet..... i want to change ASAP

There is a article in TDR magazine number 37 about this , don't know if you saw it or not???????

Issue 37 page 27:

Fleetguard BHAF = 687CFM @ 6" of water restriction

K&N RE-0880 = 1400CFM @ 10" of water restriction



Which is like apples to oranges considering the different amount of water restriction (suction).

Don't know if this will help you or not, but I blocked off half of my BHAF and my engine at 400hp with 38 lbs of boost still didn't move the in. vacuum gauge needle but about the first mark.
