Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Just got back from Dave's Diesel in Angola last eve. He took care of my kdp, and calibrated the pump, set the timing, replaced a valve in the pump, and a few other things. The truck runs Awsome. I used to think my 95 PSD was so much quicker then the Dodge... . Not anymore. Just some minor modifications and it runs like a champ, and will dominate my Ford now. The mileage improved dramatically as well. I used to get about 100 miles between 3/4 and 1/2 a tank, on the way back from Daves I got 140 miles!
The guys were great, super friendly and helpful. I think it is a great shop, and the treated me super. Rick even charged me less on the KDP then he originally quoted me. More then $50 less!
I think they really know what they are doing, and have your best intrest in mind. I could see they care as I spent the day there, and customer after customer came in. The seemed to do what it took for everyone to meet their needs. I know Rick was super busy, and he even took the time to rebuild an injector for a guy in the midst of the chaos so he could have his truck the next day. It is hard to articulate, but I was very impressed!
I highly reccomend Rick and his shop to anyone.
