A/C and Printed Circuit Board

Need some advice/help. I was attempting to charge my A/C with Freeze 12 but when trying to fill they system only 1 can would go in. Any ideas - expansion valve stuck, etc. ? At the time I did have a good vaccum on the system.

Second question is does anyone know where to get a printed circuit board that provides electrical power to the speedometer? I tried newdodgeparts.com but they no longer carry the item even though it appears you can order. Salvage yard did not have one either.

On that printed circuit board post a pic of the bad spot. I have repaired some boards used in CNC machines before that had broken or burnt traces.

On the A/C charge, just a couple things. Is your compressor engaging? (I assume you are charging with the engine running. )



I have had other systems that have had the expansion valve/orifice plug up. This will prevent a system from charging and cause the compressor to cycle off rapidly due to the overpressure limit switch.
