I have posted about this before but as of then there were no answers. I have a 2004 2500. The air conditioner will blow warmer air out of the passenger side from time to time. The truck does not have dual controls. The dealer has checked the freon and it is at the proper charge of just over 2 pounds. The blend doors and motors have been replaced too. The dealer admits there is a problem but they dont know how to fix it. Even the regonal manager is stumped. I am glad it is winter now so I dont need the air. In the summer it will keep you cool it just bothers me to know it does it. Has anyone out there had this problem and gotten it fixed?

I have seen it more than once on different models. The first try is to overcharge the system by about six ounces. If that does not work, it is most likely a bad H-valve, or worst case the flow of freon and air in the evaporator.

When you find out tell my dealer so they know! They keep telling me it's normal they all do it!Yet they would not walk through the lot with me and try other trucks! If it was freon it would be warm on both sides not just one. I belive it is in the blend door or motor.

mine did that and they replaced the evap unit and some lines because of who knows what, but it fixed it. mine is within a degree of eachother from right to left now.
