A/C problemamong other things. Pleasehelp!

Thought I was doing the right thingby bringing my trucktodealer tobe repaired. I won'tbore you and wine about how $^%$ the dealer was, but I should have known better. After severalhundred wasted dollars this is what I amleft with, I haveverylittledowntimeI can aford after all this is my work machine. I need allthe help I can get at the moment. Thanks to anyone and everone in advance.



Codes0480 colling fan / contron curcuit open



2509 2x on the computer. ECM/PCM Pwr Inputsignal intermittant

0606 InternalECMprocessor

0516 Battery temp. sencor low

0514Battery temp sencor Performance/Rationality.



Symptoms.



Left Idleing with the A/C on, thecompressor release valvelet loose (high pressure I assume)

Did this a coupleoftimes. I replaced the valve and no help.



My friendly dealer took the opertunity of spending my money on a Bat Temp sencer and saying this set all the codes, and never saw the a/c problem.



I need to get this fixed and don't know what to do. I am in the southeast through NC then VA this weekend and it'd getting pretty intolerable with the humidity, any help greatly appriciated.

First does your fan come on with the Ac?If it does not lock-up while the engine temp is still low there is an Ecm flash for this.

If I need a re-flash (which I asked the last dealer to doand never did) then I'll have togoback to those lamb brain idiots... . Is there any in Atlanta area that may possiblyknow what they aredoing or something close someonecould recommend?

by design the AC will not work till the engine reaches operating tempature or the truck is moving, which they do have a flash for now, but it sounds like you have other issues. Good luck.

My A/C works as soon as I start the truck, while the motor is warming up the cab is cooling down and I 'm in the rear loading horses.
