Ok first things first, I remember my AC used to blow fairly cold before. The truck has been sitting alot for the past year or so (since I carpool into Houston now) So i was driving it recently and it just didnt have the same feel as before, i bought one of the refill kits from the local autostore, and that helped for about a week. Then right back to blowing warm air. I have done some searching around and i hope to look at the blower box this coming up weekend, and make sure its clear and also check into a good AC shop near me to check the system for leaks and flush/refill. Any other advice to try?
Now for my main question. I noticed when working under the hood the other day, all of my connecting joints on the Vacuum line are dry-rotting... For example the connection at the Vaccum pump, the connection up at the firewall, etc. They are also really soft to the touch, i would figure any vaccum would cavitate these in a moment. Now where do you buy new ones of these?
Thanks
