A/C Problems

In my 2006 5. 9 I am having some issues with my A/C. It works but not right. It is not blowing very hard, then when you but it on the high setting it makes a loud noise. It doesn't matter if it is blowing through the floor vents or main vents. It gets hot and cold just fine, but it doesn't come out very hard. Has any one had a similar issue or know where I should start looking??

I had the same problem, mine was a broken recirculation door. A piece of the door fell into the blower motor and caused a noise and vibration. its easy to pull the blower motor and check. The door is located behind the glove box.

I had that problem also with mine was a broken recirculation door, I just took blower motor off and then reached up in there and took the broken door out and now it blows just fine can't tell what good the door did, but it worksgreat now.

I have the same issue with mine, its repair will be a future project.
