if you look real close at the loco [helps if you put it in photoshop and brighten it 75%] you can see that there is wings on the back of the locomotive... EMD never had those... looks to be a GE dash 8 to me... they can smoke like that real good... [especially when the turbo is NFG]

lead unit is a gm [looks like sd60] trail unit is a ge [dash8 or 9?]... see the wings on the rear of the unit where the rads/cooling fans housed... .
