Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Well, it looks like i will be replacing the NV4500 and the VP44 in the next few days. the trans made it to 149,765 miles when it started growling very bad in all the gears, especially 5th. i havnt torn into it yet, but will probably just buy a new or reman 4500. where is my cheapest and best route to go? i know i could get a 5600 but, the truck is not going to be towing heavy very much longer so the 4500 will be fine.
