TDR #128 IS IN THE MAIL

#5 From the Editor's Top Ten List: LOTS OF NEWS

This week on the TDR we’re excited to get back to Best of 2024, the editor’s top ten article list.

From TDR Issue #125 is Jack Baruth’s article, “Heroes and Villains”. Baruth brings us a philosophical and honest look at much of today’s automotive publishing business. His article gives us a provocative glimpse into the side of journalism that we all assume exists (villains), but most of us probably don’t really want to think about. Then, true-to-form, Baruth is not afraid to spell out the truth, even if it’s painful. All is not bleak, he brings us good news too: there are still some heroes out there (what can we say, we’re humbled that he honors the TDR and Geno’s Garage staff as members of the good guys; thanks Mr. Baruth.)

We invite you to read this sample article from the TDR (and perhaps be inspired to subscribe).

Sometimes you need to shake things up.”

He has written for Road & Track, Cycle World, Wired, Hagerty, and many others. He has been a contributor to the TDR since 2019.
