Hello to all.



I will have the very first picup truck I have ever owned, it is of course a 4X4 CTD 2500 Graphite 2003. I hope to have it in about a week as it has just been cleared for distribution to the dealer.

I have waited all this time to see the light, 61 years old, but better late than never.

Also I am enjoying the magazine which I have just recieved.

Many thanks for your reply and kind thoughts, i hope that I will have the truck sometime next week, at least that is what the dealer said.

They do seem to be on a different time standard than the rest of us though.

Boy Howdy, can I relate to Denis's remark! My truck was unloaded off of the UP Rail Car Monday morning and has only 65 miles to go via truck to my dealer. When checking with the Sales Manager last week he said, "we get vehicle deliveries daily" yesterday he said, "it might not get here for a week"



I thought sales folks were always in a hurry and "living at the speed of light"

John I understand your situation, I had the dealers tell me the same things. Mine is at the rail-yard which is about 10 Km away from my house, the dealer is about 6Km in the opposite direction.

I hope the twain shall meet, sometime in the not to distant future.

I live in Edmonton ,Canada and they tell me most of the truck deliveries that arrive by rail are distributed from here to western Canada dealerships. So it may take a while to clear the back log. Ah well, somethings are worth waiting for.
