they use ether for cooking drugs, but I'd NEVER heard of diesel fuel additive being used



it's lube oil and kerosene... I don't see what chemicals they would need to extract from a DFA or what step in the process it would be used for.

I work at NAPA, and I've NEVER carded anyone to buy any chemical. Also, I've never heard of a law that says you can only buy 4 cans of ether at a time, some of our farm customers buy 10 cases at a pop in the fall.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES: If overcome by vapors, remove from exposure immediately; call a physician. If breathing is irregular or stopped, start resuscitation, administer oxygen.



PRIMARY ROUTE (S) OF ENTRY: INGESTION AND INHALATION



VARIABILITY AMONG INDIVIDUALS: Health Studies have shown that many petroleum hydrocarbons and synthetic lubricants pose potential human health risks which may vary from person to person. As a precaution, exposure to liquids, vapors, mists and fumes should be minimized.





INHALATION: Using proper respiration protection, immediately remove the affected victim from exposure. Administer artificial respiration if breathing is stopped. Keep at rest. Call for prompt medical attention.



OTHER PRECAUTIONS: Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Remove contaminated clothing; wash before re-use. Wash skin with soap and water after contact.

EXPOSURE LIMITS: Not established by OSHA/ACGIH.

EYE PROTECTION: Chemical goggles, face shield or safety glasses.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Use chemical resistant PVC coated gloves.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Full-face piece. NIOSH approved organic vapor respirator.

LOCAL EXHAUST VENTILATION: At source of vapor

MECHANICAL VENTILATION: Recommended

We were at wally world over the weekend and I needed to get a jug of power service. When it came time to check out, the gal behind the counter asked my wife for ID. Said she had to be 18 to be able to buy the power service. What did the gal think, we were going to go out in the parking lot and smoke the stuff? My wife asked why she needed to be 18 and the counter gal had no clue as too why, all I could do was stand there and shake my head. :-laf

People i don't think realize what druggies will do for a high or what ingenius ideas they can come up with to cook there next batch but that is why they are carding down here for fuel additives, paint thinners, and also the coleman fuel thats in sporting goods, ask a police officer or anyone that has to deal with these pple on a daily basis and they can tell you stuff that will make your eyes roll... . trust me my job pertains to keeping them behind bars once there caught so there isn't anything they won't stoop to in order to get their fix.

As far as the PS additive it has been my number one source for added protection in the tank, but i have used others and so far no ill affects and the WIF light hasn't come on the first time in 97600 miles. Howles used to be available down here but i can't seem to find it anymore.
