A noise after shutdown. What is it?

After I shut the engine off. About 5 to 10 minutes later I here a clang. Did it once when I was under the hood. Sounds like in the erea of the injection pump side.
The sound is like a spring clang or hollow tube. It only does it once after shutdown. Truck runs fine. Noticed this in Late August and still doing this. Just wonder if anyone else has this happening.

My 99 will let out 1 loud clang and several other little clinks which are all from the exhaust pipe changing temperature.
