I could care less about being Politically correct. How about scientifically correct? Global warming is the biggest bunch of B. S. If only people would take the time to research a little. excellent video!

My big beef with Global Warming (TM) is that in the miniscule span of accurate data recording, in a world that has existed for billions of years, climate has been known to change wildly. We have gone from periods MUCH warmer than now, to ice ice ages in a just a couple of millenia, a blink in geological terms.



People with political agendas are using this hysteria (Fueled by a media hungry for sensacionalist news) to further their anti-capitalist and antidevelopment agendas. We should protect our enviroment, but crippling our economy, and that of developing countries based on disinformation and politics, is criminal.



I'm an engineer. I can manipulate data to prove ANYTHING. This is the most convincing study I've seen so far :-laf

Well, I never trusted a lawyer/politician to be THE authority on the Earths' climate.



However, our Supreme Court does. I heard on the radio that they just gave the EPA authority to regulate CO2 emissions and removed the authority from individual states. As I was listening to the Andrew Wilkow program on Sirius Patriot, the question came up: What is the largest land-based source of CO2? Answer = Humans. How will the EPA mandate reductions in human CO2 emissions?? I shudder to think what my government will propose.

It is amazing to me that "scientists" draw conclusions on thousands of years of "warming" (or so they say) based on their own study that looked at maybe 25 years of data. How irresponsible is that? I have had plenty of input from Liberal professors (after getting my M. S. from a local U and currently in a doctoral prog) and they have one agenda. Get money for research on a hot topic (I said a hot topic not a useful one) so that I can publish more papers so I can get tenure, promotion, self glory etc... . Oh by the way, they also just ignore the several hundred year lag in temperature rise in the rise in Co2 levels. And that measly little fact that there have been several "global warmings" during the last several thousands of years all occurring way before my "polluting" Cummins was invented (or any industrial motor at all for that matter). Mother nature has variation, warming and cooling all in a cycle far longer and more complex than our human lives. deal with it.

I use the same problum solving concepts as when fixing cars & trucks [ realy fixing means finding out what made the problum occure in the 1st place & then fix that ] .
I am not degreed anything , but form watching the world for 50 + yrs , I have figued the politcal answers are generaly in the middle , there is not 2 sides , but just one world , 2 sides mean that nobody can move forward with out forcing the other to do there bidding , the far right wants to force you to do it there way [ religon ] the far left wants to force you to do it there way , the right is wrong & the left does not have a clue .
Most people are sheep & follow either side because they are weak willed , not willing to do there own thinking , research , conclusions & follow through [ speak there mind ] the only poem I ever liked fits here , IF - If you can keep your head , when all about you are loosing theres .
Oh and what happens when the earth comes out of a ice age , it warms up .

I learned in this Geology course I took, the earth is a heat engine. Don't heat engine radiate heat? I agree global warming is B. S. Mother earth can do more damage to the earth then any humans can.
