Id did some searchin and couldnt find what I was lookin for. Can you get a A-pillar pod for the first gen trucks? I have a 74 that I have more gauges than I know what to do with in it, and need more mounting space.

any suggestions?

A-Pillar Pod

Try: www.genosgarage.com He has A-Pillar pods for 1st gen trucks, (part # GM-DG-15198-'86-'93). Unfortunately they're only two guage clusters, not three. I think the three pod clusters are only available for 2nd gen and newer.

I am not sure on this. But I think the earlyer models of Dodges had a narrower pillar post. You might want to check on this one.

Now on the A pillar pods. Find an AutoMeter brand. The Pro Pods do not mount the gages in a way that makes them easy to view. The AutoMeter version angles the gages more towards the drivers vision. The pro pod puts them too straight up and down for confortable viewing. Night time makes it worse.

Diesel359 and tugboarPhil has the Pro Pods. I use the AutoMeter.

I Installed A Two Gauge Pod And Single On Top Of It A It Came Out Looking Really Good. I Did Have To Modifiy It A Bit But It Is Worth The Work. Nothing Like The Look Of A Clear Dash Pad. I Think I Got My From Auto Meter Too, Sorry Dont Have The Part Numbers. I Did Mine Two Years Ago. I Also Went The Extra Mile A Ran All The Wiring Inside The Body "a" Post.

Thanks guys. I will look into this, maybe stack a single on a double or something. Maybe get real inventive and try to stack a double on a double!
