Does anyone make a full A-piller gage pod Replacement-rather than just a skin. I would rather not cut holes in the origianl one and then screw on a skin. Any suggestions would be helpful--any at all.

Thanks
Semi

IS THAT YOUR FINAL ANSWER ???

Aaww you loose #ad

None that have seen the light of day here. .

We could bomb the sear, trigger group and bolt. Then you could drop the semi

JNutter--done that once to a 10/22 #ad
Fun for a while but bolt was to fast (JAMs) and had to wait till mag was empty--50 went by quick when it didn't jam!

You can mount Autometers pillar alone and not use it as a "skin". It is a tiny bit smaller then the factory one, but it will work. But, to secure it, you will have to put a screw in the top portion to hold it since there wont be any of those (WORTHLESS) spring clips.

A new OEM factory a pillar is not that much. Arcticat did an overlay with some type of glue and it turned out awesome. I personally seen his pillar and I will be doing mine the same why. Nice job Arcticat!!!!

I used 3M tape to attach my A-Pillar after another member recommended it to me. It fits much better than the "push pins" Autometer gives you and it looks much more original. (I did use a push pin, but it was only to help hold thing while I was getting everything lined up).

It is obviously still noticable at the edge toward the door and the lower portion, but it's acceptable IMO.

How do th eoverlays look with the tweeter? I would think that the tweeter would be setting in to deep to look correct.

Thanks fo rall the info. so far. Just hate cutting up my baby.

I have the version with the tweeter. It looks really good. the tweeter will be to the left of the lowest gauge. It uses the stock tweeter grill.

I used Geno's triple with the tweeter hole, as a replacement. A small screw in the top part and friction fit on the bottom---no problem. Paint the head of the screw the same color and you hardly notice it.

Does anyone have the part # for the factory pillar cover w/o the tweeter? I want to use it under the autometer skin for some extra strength. Thanks
