Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) A/T Band Adjustment?

I will be changing my transmission oil this weekend and want to adjust the bands. Are there any special tools or adapters needed to do this? Obviously, I need a torque wrench but what else? What type of socket connection goes on the torque wrench? Any other tips are appreciated.

Thanks much for the link Bob! Sorry for the ignorance but, how do you torque the locknut and hold the adjustment on the shaft? The deep socket covers the adjustment shaft??? Is a Crows foot wrench needed??
