Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Done! I got it today & with the help of "Sixpack" it's installed & working great! The instructions were plain & somewhat complete but yet still a bit confusing.
We used my 99 DC Service Manual to verify the correct pin on the PCM & the correct wiring color & it all worked great. We verified the speedometer & odometer with a handheld Meridian GPS & it was working within a . 05-1 mph! I mounted the unit to the firewall just above the PCM with the use of 3M Velcro like my EZ mounts with.
It's great to have a speedometer that works running the tires I've got. I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in a Electronic Ratio Adapter for speedo correction.
