A twin setup with any turbo is going to SLIGHLY slower than the small turbo off the line.

after that the compounded multiplication of pressure begins and all bets are off. wastegating becomes paramount after about 30psi.

I have never heard of any PDR 40 breaking but be leary of over spooling a 40. they are very susceptable to breakage at high boost.

If I were to put a 40 on my truck it'd come from piers... I just wouldn't use a 40:rolleyes:

you might think about a BHT3B. . bleed orafaced and supposedly has a 19cm or so housing vs a ~22 on the HT3B.

I use the HT3B on my twins and it works great with a HX35/12.

I think the HT3B comes with a 21 or 22 . . It's hard to find solid info on them. I run the run of the mill HT3B... truck pro pn# 196800

I think if I decide to get a second turbo (I'd like to polish a set of turbos and tubes  ) I may try to get Piers or the like to give it a little TLC. . a good balamceing and oil work never hurt anything;)

Besides Piers has a rep for longevity.
