i just got done with a full brake job new everything, turned rotors and brake drums, and put in the oversized wheel cylinders. my lights have been on ever since i bought the truck a year ago. my truck shakes bad when you are braking. violently, it got better when i got done with the brakes but i dont know what else to do. is it the abs kicking on the whole time i am brakeing, my truck is a 1995 automatic, i have replace the rear speed sensor sine everyone says thats what it is and thats not it. i am getting really tired of spending money and not fixing this. any info would be great thanks.

Could be your Brake pedal switch. You really need a service manual with the wiring diagrams to troubleshoot this problem correctly. I believe you have vacuum operated brakes. Do a search for ABS. you will get over 300 results but there is at least one post that an early 2nd gen talks about a vacuum pressure switch on top of the drivers side wheel well that fixed his. I believe he had pictures also.

Mine has done that in the past but it seems to do it when I am pulling a trailer. Once I have unhooked from the trailer I dont see it anymore. Also it doesnt stay on all the time. They will come on and be on for a few seconds and then go off.

Everyday driving without the trailer... no lights. .

Inquiring minds want to know... maybe :D
