Abs/brake light on- also speedo not working

The truck was running while I was checking for blown fuse(wont do that again) none were found, when I was done the brake and ABS lights are on and the speedo is not working. The reason I was checking for a blown fuse was my wipers were not working. The wipers are working now, and I don't know why.
The truck has 55000 miles and is stock except for a glacier fuel filter, no cat. and replaced the hose from the airbox to the turbo, and installed a snorkel to the bottom of the air box, I forget the companys name but thats all they make.

Problem solved, the cover for the fuse panel (Its called something else) states that #30 is a a spare when in fact it is not, # 31 is a spare.
