2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission ABS light, BRAKE light, fuel gage

My ABS light is on most of the time but, only when my BRAKE light is on. When this is happening my ABS is inoperative. Every now and then they both turn off and my ABS becomes operational. Also my fuel gage almost always point to "E". Is this a common problem with these trucks? Is there a "common" solution to any of these problems?
