ABS question

I have been reading alot of current post regarding ABS lights staying on etc. . and i have been seeing people offer solutions as far as vaccum and running battery hold down bolts throught the wiring harness.



My question is has anyone ever had the ABS stay on constantly?? My controller stays on constantly making a squealing sound even with the truck off and key out of the ignition. the only way it stops is to pull the plugs on the ABS or pull the ABS fuse under the hood. Now I know people will say ride without ABS etc but I would like some other suggestions as to what the problem could be short of the controller being bad which I think it is. I would like to exhaust all options before I just throw money at it to get a new controller. I have AWAL and yes I checked the rear sensor. It all started one day when I just started the truck up. Wild willie, wheres that located?? IS it for AWAL or just RWAL?? I looked at diagrams of the system to see if there was any relays etc. and could not find anything.

The little black box (rwal) is located in front of your pdc or near the master cylinder.
