Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Abused Mojave Green TC Cut Open

While down at Dave's, after they removed my abused mainly stock transmission, they cut open my Mojave Green Torque converter. It was only a single disk! I was under the impression that it was a triple, so I guess it held up pretty good



No wonder it wouldn't even lock up in Overdrive

Oh man, I thought it was a triple disk converter. Well do you think it was in good shape when it was opened up? Im interested because I have the same one.

No, it wasn't in good shape, if thats what you are asking. .



It wasn't holding very well at all in overdrive, either.

Actually it only starting slipping noticably one day when I towed 7,000lb trailer. .
