your drain is plugged, look out on the fire wall on the passenger side you will see a little tube sticking out, take a piece of heavy wire or coat hanger and clean it out.
If the coil is icing up it could be overcharged or there should be a freeze stat on the coil that trips the compressor clutch off until the stat clicks closed. I recall reading here that you can remove the blower motor and clean the drain and fan cage while it's out - motor removes from inside under dash. hope this helps - does the suction line back to the compressor ice up while the ac is on max, windows closed fan speed high? If so could be charge issue.
I just hAD THIS PROBLEM AND i USED A WET VAC AND VACCUMED THE CLOG AND EXTRA WATER OUT. AFTER THAT I VACUMED ABOUT TWO QUARTS OF WATER FROM UNDER THE VINYL FLOOR AND WEDGED THE FLOORING UP FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS IN THE HOT SUN. LEAVE WINDOWS DOWN A BIT TO LET THE MOISTURE ESCAPE.
Well I'm in Texas and its hotter here than in Florida. Take a wet vac hose and put it over youre drain tube below yout dryer like mentioned adove. Its about 2 inches long and black. Turn vacum on and you should have the clog cleared. If this doesn't help you may have a over charge problem as mentioned above.
we made a long trip with the truck and now she is not icing up
so I thank we are on the rite track the floor is not wet so all I can say is thanks so vary much if I had taken the truck back to the ac shop they would have banged me out of 2 or 3 hundred dollards to fix this
