AC valve cores leaking

Does anyone know where to purchase the valve cores for the air conditioning charging connections under the hood? I pulled the caps off about a month ago and noticed that the valve core was leaking on the high pressure connection. There was a small amount of oil around the core and you could watch bubbles forming from around it.



My brother in law was going to evac and recharge the system for me but we decided to wait until we could find new valve cores as it won't really do any good if it is leaking.

napa should have them.



there is also a neat tool to change the core without loosing the freon charge.

i bought mine from Johnstone Supply. NAPA probably has that too.

If yours is anything like the second gen you can only replace the low pressure core, The high pressure is not replaceable. I had to buy the complete high pressure line when mine was leaking.
