Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) accelerator is unresponsive

when truck warms up and it reaches a speed of 65mph its as it the peddle quits working you floor it and at best it will maintain and gradually speed falls off if you slow below 50 it seems to reset alls well below 55-60mph unless you hit a slight grade or in a traffic situation

truck is a 99 2500 w/236000. I never tow with it or run her very hard I had it in a shop for a week he try ed a new TPS and ECM

and I'm still broke

Have you checked for codes? Just because the check engine light is off (I am persuming it is) does not mean there are no codes.
