Accessing the Digital Magazines

I'm unable to access the back issues of the digital magazines. Anyone know why? Can't get it to work from my desk top computer which is windows or from my Ipad. Thanks Pete

I am having the same problem. I click on the Digital magazine link and it takes me to the buyers guide.

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Does it for the buyers guides, digital mags, etc. Chrome browser with tracker blocking. Does it even with the tracker blocker turned off. As you can see it allows me to post in this members only section. What should I try next?
