2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Accessory fuse location?

OK I give up, where is the stinkin' fuse for the accessory power plug-in? It's on my 99 work truck and I need to be able to charge stuuf without shuttin' down the bird dog.

It is called "Power Outlet" and the fuse is a 20 amp located in the PDC, it is fuse "L" located in the corner of the PDC nearest the fender and toward front of truck. bg
