OK, 13, 104k Miles, Have had absolutely no problems. Went in for a pinion seal leak. When on the rack they frond coolant leaking from behind the Actuator ( Been leaking for some time but it was just a drip and was not ready to open up a can of worms) But IT was now leaking a bit more so why not get it fixed, remember there has been no problems. Get truck back and everthing as gone to SH**!!. EB would come on and not go off Dead throttle, and this is with the EB switch OFF. Turn it on got worse!
Start off EB would stay on then about half throttle it would go off then we got a race truck....
Only code that has come up is P0471 Exhaust manifold pressure sensor.....
Pulled Battery's checked all wiring all good. Seems to get a little better when at temp but the EB still comes on when not turned on witch will make the truck buck until it goes off.....
Hoping it's not the Actuator but it is getting close to that time.
EB is used all the time not just when towing...

If it's leaking at the actuator, better get a City Diesel Actuator on order. Geno's has them being out till mid Feb! I just did mine last month, took about 3 weeks to come in. I didn't have the leak but had codes of U0010C and P0003E. Change out wasn't to bad. As for symptoms, low boost, little to no EB and only once had a dead pedal after codes started. Was 3 months from first code showing up, to getting terrible! Was about 5K on clock with 165K mileage. Very pleased with the City replacement! Throttle seems smoother and the EB does throw you forward when it engages but still gets you stopped. Like you, ran EB whether towing or not. While I was in there, I changed out all the hoses and added aluminum "Y's" to not have the plastic ones. I know the newer "Y" hoses got straightened out, But got these right after I got truck and was waiting for the time to do them. Hope this helps.

so, we replaced the exhaust pressure manifold sensor as it seems it was always coming up, seems to run better but now we are getting a regen message saying its 100% full
but it runs fine, drove about 100 miles up and down grades still on, seems like it doesn't want to regen so we will go and make sure we don't have any new
codes. NEXT!!

That's good to hear! What about the coolant leak? Are you sure it's not something else just dripping on the actuator? If and when you get the actuator code, get a City actuator coming from Genos before it progresses to far. From time the code first appears, I had about 6 weeks before the code was set and couldn't be cleared. Watch the hours as this seems to be the turning point!
