adapter plate #'s

wondering if anybody could confirm that these casting #'s are/are not for adapter plate i would need for the nv5600:

3971176



supposedly both these #'s are on the piece.

just tried deleting this post but couldn't figure out how. took a closer look at the thing and realized the starter is on the wrong side? must be for a different application.
