add email notification of truck 911 posts

Is it possible to add an "opt-in" option to receive notification of new threads on the truck 911 forum. A lot of us don't look there for days and the help is usually needed immediately.

If you go to forum tools in the 911 section you can subscribe and get daily updates. don't know if its once a day or every post

If someone is broke down on the hwy, stranded, in danger please use the 911 feature.

If you are in a safe place why use the 911 feature?

I do not check the 911 threads nearly as much, because people will post almost anything there.

Yes there is a feature, you can DIY.

Go to 911 forum on the right side just above the first post is Forum tools, right next to search forum. It is the 3rd selection down.

I signed up to receive daily updates. Will it send me notification as soon as somebody posts like threads I subscribe to or just once a day?

Excellent idea! There needs to be an "instant" email notification for subscription IMO.

That would be a really good idea, considering it is the 911 section.
