adding 2 more gauges

I am gonna add a fuel pressure and oil pressure gauge. what is the max OIL pressure these engines make will 0-100 be enough? where can i tap in to get a good reading? as far as fuel pressure goes where is the best place to tap in for that pre or post filter/ lift pump?

100 psi is fine - I never see over 80psi on mine. I screwed my sender into one of the two available ports on top of the oil filter housing. Just remove the air box, and it'll be easy to get to. Unscrew the plug, and screw your sender in (1/8" NPT threads)



For your fuel presure, the easiest/best way is to get a tapped banjo bolt (Geno's Garage, http://www.genosgarage.com, is one source) and replace the banjo on the supply line into the CP3 injection pump. This will let you monitor fuel pressure post-filter.
