Air in fuel line.

Just would like to post some photos of a Dana 80 Trac lok that I pulled out the other day from a 2001 2500 single wheel Ram.

This carrier had 12 plates on the passanger side of the carrier and a whopping 11 plates in the driver side of the carrier.

Ive spent the past few days pouring over any and all past forums in regard to the power lok and trac lok Dana 80s.

Ive not ever seen anything like this.

Here is a photo of the clutch disc splayed out.

This truck os a 2001 2500 with a 6 speed and it is a rwd sw truck.

Here's another:

It was also pointed out in my last thread pointer, that specific uses and loading of our trucks can change the "acceptable" LSD action of the truck/differential. Someone usually driving a relatively empty, unloaded truck may experience a quite different result than someone usually heavily loaded. I have an 80 gallon tool/fuel box in the front bed of my truck, usually full of fuel, then my 5th wheel setup, then another box at rear of truck for other storage - usual gross weight of my truck alone is about 8500 lbs...
