Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Adding extra quart of oil to NV5600

I just got my fast coolers from Genos and Pennzoil Synchromesh trans oil.
It sounds like with the extra 2 qts. For the coolers I'm looking at around 8 qts. Total.
If I refill through the top bolt hole in the cooler cover plate will this be as good as filling through the top at the shift lever?

As long as you can get that extra quart in there..... The 5600 has some lubrication issues and bathes the bearings better if overfilled.
