2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Adding factory fog lights... how to?

I'm buying a used bumper with factory fog lights in it. Does anyone have a link to instructions for wiring factory fog lights to a 98 that didn't come with them installed? I plan to buy the switch and wire it up using an existing relay and fuse if possible. Oh, and where does the switch install, btw?



Also, I want to double-check that the bumper will fit my truck. It's off of an 01. Any problems bolting that right on to a 98?
