Careful Mr. Oregon, A lot of us here have great appreciation for Bob4x4 and Mr Henderson. They are highly respected here. If you can install a aftermarket filter set up, then you can change your own filter with a Fleetgaurd product that protects your warranty for less that this kit and filter changes for the life of the vehicle. No reason to make this personal. 60 posts vs 2200. Who would you listen too?

No Bubba, your ignorance is now showing, because they actually don't advertise the kit for "better filtration". They advertise it to help you save money, and if you do currently take your truck to the dealer, to make it easy for you to do yourself and save some money. It's actually in the very first paragraph if you would like to go back and reread it also to be more accurate. Like the other Bubba above, get your facts straight before confusing everyone doing research on a particular subject! This is the biggest problem with these forums. They are great resources and I love and participate in them , but a lot of guys talk out there a**es and don't get the data correct or have real-life experience. They are simply relaying information wrong they have read from somewhere else.

Just because you don't like the quote doesn't mean I don't know how to use it. Besides, you're the the one who said it was for those who " worried about it" We're all assuming you own one of these trucks, which would also lead us to believe you purchased it yourself. If that's true, and daddy didn't buy it for you, that makes you an adult by law. Time to behave as one.
