I'm still in the process of completely rebuilding my front steering and suspension. That definitely includes balljoints. I am also replacing the control arms with adjustable ones with poly bushings. Clearly, I will need to get a good alignment when finished.

Should I spend the money for adjustable balljoint bushing inserts? I don't want to get to the alignment shop and find out I need them and pay their price or have to come back if I need to order and install some to get the right settings.

RockAuto offers several different ones, including a slew of them from Moog. I have no idea what I should or should not get.

The ones on the left offer full caster/camber adjustment from -3. 2* to +3. 2*, cost about $30 (each, I believe), and are what I'm leaning towards, if any at all.

Those rusted lower control arm "pinion angle adjusting cam bolts" I destroyed removing the lower control arms cost $40 for a set, too!! Two lousy bolts...

Any thoughts on these bushings?
