I have an air leak in the driver door near the drivers left ear. (top of frame at the rear) I also have one on the passenger door at the top of the frame near the front of the cab. Both the gaskets are in really good shape, and neither leaks water while driving in rain. How do I adjust the doors? it shouldn't take much to close the gap and get a better seal.

I've had some luck fixing the same problem by adjusting the metal loop (on the pillar) that the door's lock mechanism catches. If memory serves, it is mounted with two or three torx bolts (but the right size Allen wrench'll do 'em). Loosen the bolts and slide the loop a little towards the interior. Then tighten the bejeezus out of those bolts (they will come loose again if you don't really mash 'em). Moving the loop like this causes the door to close tighter, which fixed my wind whistle. While you're there, also check the vertical alignment of the loop with the door's catch mechanism... if its too high or too low your door will latch all cockwobbly-like. Good luck.
