Adjusting headlights

Anyone have a quick and dirty method for adjusting the headlights. The FSM has specs for 25' back from a wall but I can only get 12' in my driveway. They seem to low now but I still get flashed sometimes like I have my hi beams on. Good thing I keep my daylighters covered.

I just use a dark deserted road and adjust to my liking. My headlights are quite bright, but I don't get flashed.

I use Travis' method, except in my driveway. It's pretty long and deserted. I park the wife's car about 4-5 car lengths ahead of Truck and do my adjusting. I go sit in the car and check the rearview to see how annoying it is.
