Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) adjusting power steering pump

Hi, I have read threads on here before about tightening the allen screw, a 3/16" I think, on top of the power steering pump to remove excess play in the steering wheel. I couldnt find anything in a search, but I have tried to tighten it up and it wont budge. I have done numerous front end mods that have helped significantly, but the steering wheel still wants to float a little bit. It tracks straight down the road and everything, just the shimmy is getting annoying, I was trying to get it fixed before I make my drive down I-81 monday. Thanks

I tightened the screw up and it handles great now! Thanks for sending the TSB, I didnt know about turning the wheels to the left then the right to center the gear box up. I had to use my air wrench to loosen the nut at first. Thanks again, will make my drive down the interstate much more enjoyable.
