Admin please help/Private messaging

I just received an email informing me that my private messaging inbox is full, so I check my PM's and there were no messages???



How much inbox storage space is availible to each member?

I don't remember the numbers on messages allowed. But to clean it out make sure you change teh box on the top left from "from 30 days" to "the beginning" to view all old messages for cleaning.

I tried your suggestion, and it made no difference. I have zero messages, just like I did when I got the "your inbox is full email"

Did you clear the sent messages too? Just curious.



If that didn't fix it, then there might be something else wrong that I can't fix. We'll have to wait for Ken or Robin to look at it.

Cleared out my sent messages and that fixed the problem, Thanks Kat



Perhaps the message should read "Your sent messages box is full"

Reb, if you uncheck the Save a copy box when sending a message your Sent box will stay empty.
