ADVANCED DIESEL TECHNOLOGY - Excellent...Fantastic !!!

A couple of weeks ago, I had quite a bit of work done to my truck. Most important was the DTT Torque Converter and Valve Body. Andy and Doug may be fairly new to this industry, but don't let that fool you. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The work performed on my truck was done ahead of schedule, very fair pricing, and customer service that can't be beat ! I would recommend them to anybody. If you are within driving distance of where they are located (Western Pennsylvania) don't hesitate to go see them.

I ordered a fuel gauge, fittings and three gauge pillar mount from Doug last week and it was here in short order. He knew exactly what I needed and he even painted the pillar mount before he sent it. That's customor service:D .

I have in fact replied to all of the messages I have received. In fact I answered all three of your E-Mails Dave. Remember that this is Web Mail, and it's not 100 percent. I have no way of asking for a reciept, due to the primitive nature of our mail server. Please call our office any time you have an issue, and we will be glad to help you. Our number is 724-335-6167.
We are in the office right now, and will be here for another hour or so. We will try to call the both of you to resolve any issues. Our purpose idso PLEASE YOU... PLease give us a chance before opening up on us in this forum. This means try every means available 9i. e e-mail, phone, fax, etc) before calling us the bad guy...
 
Doug I need to apologize it was my ISP I will send an email again. Not receiving any replies from ADT got me thinking and I have not received any new emails the last 3 days. My ISP some how “lost” my mail box and had to recreate it so your replies never made it to my mail box I was able to send just not receive. Well that’s earthlink for ya…. Sorry about the confusion.

I'm going to assume you are a little uptight over the whole thing? I'm not, if it matters.

In all fairness... I never called your business. I never faxed either. I get going on the phone alot and barely have time to call anyone during normal business hours. E-mail is so much easier for me. The internet is kinda cool that way.

The bad part about the internet... especially the forums is it is hard to always say whatcha ya mean.

I actually admire your hard work and all the positive comments I have heard so far.

OK Guys, let me start by saying that I have had dealings with several of the other "big" name companies that are talked about on this forum constantly. My experience with them was less than pleasant. I will not point out anybody or anyone in particular. Let me just say that I feel very comfortable talking and dealing with ADT. Doug and Andy are easy to talk to, and even easier to deal with. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. My response to Dave and Don is... don't ever rely souly on email. I receive probably 30-40 business related emails daily. I can tell you right now, I don't get them all ! Same goes for emails that I send out. Email is not 100% reliable. If I send a client an email and don't get a response in an appropriate amount of time, I get on the phone. Half the time I find out that the client is either out of town, has had a problem receiving email or was about to respond to my email.
 
My apologies to you guys too. I am not trying to start a battle of words, but just trying to make sure every one gets taken care off the way I want them to be taken care of. I did not mean to go off the deep end. I just want all members to give all vendors a fair shot. This includes my would be competitors. We all work very hard at this, and in such a tight knit group of guys, one wrong move can kill a guys business.

I hope we have htis issue buried.

I've had VERY GOOD luck with ADT. I've called late at night just wanting to leave a message and someone ansewrs the phone... WOW. They really are professional and make the customer their #1 priority. I have a birthday coming up... Just told the girlfriend that I want to buy myself a present... A Piers Modified Super Turbo sounds good to me... :D

Got my first Bombs from ADT

I have to say it was such a great experience dealing with Doug I may just have to do it again:D :D



Seems the bug has bitten me badly. It's good to know that people like Doug & Andy are there to scratch the itch.



Not a sales pitch, I have my own business and feel I was treated the same as I treat others (Maybe better:eek: ) It's good to know people are still out there willing to go the extra mile.
