Advise on tire size with 19.5 wheels

Some advise on what tire size would you all go for on a 19. 5 wheel. I'm interested in a set for my truck. 2003 D/W/R 3500 4x4 long bed of course. Looking for adviseOo.

What kind of look are you looking for? I think mine with 245 look like the tires that should have been there from the factory. 265s fit but it looks like a lot of tire in wheel well. I think I will go to 285s next year with leveling kit.

WELLLL? :I don't really know!Ricksons ads show some with 225 and others with 245. Looking to drop final gearing add looks and the longer tire life etc. hard to tell from their photos which tire size and a little confused about wheel width?

the tires for 19. 5s for the most part are narrow. on another post about 19. 5s there are some pics,of my truck and others. do a search. I like the way my truck rides now but I heard you drw guys ride a little rough with 4 across the back and know weight.
