AEM Dry Flow Filter

Is/has anyone used this product? My husband put an Airaid intake on and Auto Anything is selling just the filters. My inlet appears to be a 5" but the closest they have is a 4" and 6". Anyone think this product would be worth the $40-46 and would I be able to make a 4" or 6" inlet work?

I have a thrid gen and have the full system aem brute force intake. IMHO I feel the filter is still a bit restrictive. The reason I say this is becuse it uses the factory filter guage and when you look at the guage it is always sucked down in the red. To me that shows it as being restrictive. but seems to be a good filter. Never any dust or crap in the tube.

That's what I'm going for. A little restriction is okay, I'm more concerned with crap getting into my engine (including the oils from other filters). Thank you. I wonder if my husband saved my stock tube...
