Aero Tanks

Has anyone purchased/installed the new Aero twin tank combo for a Quad Cab short bed? I was wondering if the fuel gauge still tracked appropriately for the 60 gallon tanks. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I just went to the Aerosite and theres no mention I could find of twin tanks for the dodge, do you know of another site that might have some info on them?

No, but 4 years ago I put an Aero 45 gal. diamond-plate aux-tank in the bed of my 2500. I love it. I have it set up so I throw a switch and fuel is pumped into the filler neck of the main tank. I've probably saved hundreds of dollars by now on #2 by buying where the price is lower. And I have not yet pumped very much out onto the ground by forgetting my switch was on--I have it wired so that if the ignition is off the switch won't work.

I have had two tanks installed by Aero. 93 and 2006. I don't know about the mega cab, but the installation was very good. They take out the factory tank and replace with 60 gallon and still use the filling tank hole, also the gauge just stays on full longer then nornal.
