I have installed a 60 Gal AeroTank on my '98 12V 3500 and now I'm having fuel draw down problem. When the tank is full, no problems, but when I get down to about half a tank of fuel, the fuel drains back out of the fuel injector pump. Its gets so bad, that if I shut the truck off for a minute, its has to spin and spin to get fuel back to the injector pump. I looked at the pickup unit again yesterday and could find nothing wrong except the vent hose from the roll over fitting had been squashed between the tank and frame. After moving the vent line, at lease it didn't stall out when I came to a stop street like it had been doing until I filled the tank again. When it would stall out at a stop street, the starter would have to spin and spin the motor to get fuel back to the injector pump. Then it would try to start, but keep trying to start until it finally got fuel into the injector pump to run.
