I think it looks pretty good, the 5" chrome tip in front of the rear tire. Definately removes a few feet of restrctive pipe from over the axle. Also you can black smoke the ricers next to ya better.

Cut off the cat and back. Put the aero turbine in it's place, then a 24" Mangnaflow straight thru, and then out the side.

I was looking for maximum egt reductions, seems how I'm running three boxes now days.

Any ideas on intake? Running the Airaid, but I've been hearing about the pro's of dry paper...

Uhh, yeah, it looks different... I actually think it would look better if you had custom wheels. Hows that gonna affect your wheel color with all the smoke from your 3 boxes?

I thought the Aeroturbine was a muffler? Am I missing something here? If so why would you put two mufflers on your truck?

Two mufflers... , pretty loud like that still. The Aeroturbine make the exhaust sound better than just a muffler alone, also supposed to help lower egt's. Mainly those two reasons for the Aeroturbine.

Anybody out there get lower egt's or better fuel milage with the Aeroturbine?

Better wheels... , yes 35's and 18's soon as I get a couple of grand.

Hmm, you beat me too it, I wanted to do this same thing but have had trouble finding the right bends that would make me happy with the look...

Where did you get the 90* elbow?

Not a 90 degree, more like 45 or something. The piece that goes from the muffler, then bends to the chrome tip is the tip of the old exhaust to the first bend. On the 600's the tip is cut at a slant, so I just cut the beveled end off, and cut it off from the rest of the exhaust at the first bend. What used to be the beveled end of the old exhaust now goes toward the engine into the Magnaflow muffler. Then I attatched the 5" x 18" chrome tip to the bend.

There is a hump in the frame right in front of the leaf spring eyelet that is perfect for letting the 5" tip sit higher up, so it's doesn't look funny down low.

Straight back, and one bend out the side. That's it.

Hey I like the part about being different, and your exhaust is definitely that. I two run two mufflers, with one of them being the Aero Turbine, works very well the muffler is small and compact, fits almost anywhere.

Your truck looks alot like the Fords, they also turn out the exhaust in front of the right rear wheel.
