My 1994 has a boost leak. The 0. 200 plastic boost line that provides signal air to the AFC leaks at both compression ends. Does anybody know where to puchase those fittings and line or a possible way to upgrade this cheap air line?

I believe I have an extra one laying around the garage. I'll see if I can dig it up. PM me your address and I'll shoot it your way.

PM sent. Is it possible that those lines and fittings are used on air brakes?? there has to be some common purpose for that style compression fitting... ... .

The reason I have an extra one is I got a "valet switch" (which BTW is a piece of crap and a waste of money). It basically put's a solenoid in that line so, when the switch is activated, it cuts out the boost signal to the AFC limiting power. Anyway, the lines that it come with appear to be very similar to air brake lines.

I found the threads on the fittings were the same as "plumbing" 1/4 inch compression fittings so I used heavy wall nylon tube with brass tube support, ferrule, and nut from plumbing store. Covered with conveluted tubing. So far, so good. Only time will tell if it is robust enough for cummins shake... ... ... .
